PARK SLOPE TURN-OF-THE-CENTURY TOWN-HOUSE RESTORATION

Textured Home was retained to update this c.1900 town-house under extremely rush conditions for a family relocating to New York. The scope of work involved baths, floors, and skim-coat painting throughout -- various built-ins, space modifications, and incorporation of a hi-tech wiring system.

Family Room: Built-in Stereo and Television systems added. Matching decorative wood trim used to enhance these pedestrian built-in bookcases. The bookcases now blend-in with the home's existing egg and dart molding detail.

Decorative fire-place tile, woodwork and trim revealed and cleaned.
