Hamptons Horse Farm Manor

Basic interior renovation and decoration for a c.1860, 6-bedroom Italianate, located on a 40-acre horse farm. Used as a rental property -- antiques and period style furnishings were obtained to compliment the skim-coat painting and floor restoration work using period appropriate tones and colors. The client's goal was to bring this run-down, white elephant back to a live-in, desirable condition for summer rentals.
