The
purchasers of this 1920's, upper-Montclair Colonial took
possession with a master bathroom in total disrepair.
The walls were cracked, some open to the studs -- with
mold, rot and only a broken toilet remained. Textured
Home's design-build solution was to select and install
a variety of reflective glass subway tiles and juxtapose
them against a greenish marble sink and tub surrounds
that were both new and old in feeling. These were integrated
with restoration-style amenities, fixtures and built-ins
for both storage and seating. The resulting sophisticated
bath compliments this home's classic style while still
creating a clean, updated feeling. The bathroom renovation
was part of a complete home restoration undertaken - including
a new kitchen and Unico forced AC and heating system installation.
